Fire's Open Road Bar and Grill
About This Spot
Pulling off the highway just west of Arcadia, Fire's Open Road Bar and Grill immediately wraps you in the easygoing spirit of a true roadside treasure. It’s the kind of place where the pace slows, conversations flow freely, and the hum of shared stories settles alongside the clink of ice in a glass. The modest, unpretentious setting invites a blend of travelers and locals — bikers on their weekend rides, road-trippers seeking a friendly pit stop, and neighbors craving a relaxed evening out. That low-key rhythm, warm with genuine welcomes, is the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay a little longer than planned.
Inside, there’s a tactile warmth, from the welcoming smiles behind the bar to the homespun music threading through the air on lively nights. The grill sizzles with straightforward fare that feels like a familiar handshake—satisfying and thoughtfully prepared without airs. Whether you’re savoring a rich, spiced Bloody Mary during a midweek pause or gathering around the table as the kitchen fires up those pork chops that folks speak of with quiet appreciation, the food feels like it’s designed to bring people together. Even the simplest indulgences—a cold beer or a playful sweet treat—become moments of comfort here.
This is a place where community pulses steadily, no matter who you are or how long you’ve been on the road. Dogs welcome, stories shared, and a vibe that’s as genuine as the folks who come through the door. Fire’s Open Road Bar and Grill is less about flash and more about the kind of human connection that lingers long after you’ve rolled back onto the highway.

We had a great time there for bike fest! Great band and company! Love ya Fire!

Little biker bar on SR 70 about 3 miles west of Arcadia. A nice stop when out on the bike. Great pork chops from the grill.

Fantastic service and I had to try their famous Bloody Maria and I highly recommend it. I came on a Wednesday so I didn’t get to try their Thursday pork chop dinner that people at the bar say is great. I just stopped here to take a little driving break on my 4hr drive and I’m glad I did.

I'm not a biker, but this is a true biker bar. My GF took me there on our way from Orlando to ft Meyers to try their legendary bloody Mary. The staff was friendly and the bloody Mary really was worth the side trip.

Such a perfect spot. We were passing through the area and they were incredibly welcoming with a nice clean place. Turned the grill on for us and let the pup inside - even fed her a warmed up (FAT) hot dog. Only thing that we hate is it’s so far from home. We can’t wait to go back on our way through

I really liked this bar. The wait staff was great. They have a train running down the bar to deliver your shots. I will definitely be back.

Great little place to grab a beer and some conversation. Out by itself in some beautiful countryside, the bar is comfortable, well kept and has a social vibe. Great bartenders and a good selection of cold beer! Blew in unexpectedly during the summer storms. Glad I did. Well worth the time. This would be a great destination spot. .

The best bar ever. Ladies night 2 for 1s with Elvira on Tuesdays, karaoke with Vicky on Thursdays & Fridays (yes she is a badass and sings while making the most yummy drinks), Saturday & Sunday with Duane and his sarcastic entertaining banter, and the owner Fire is always here pouring her heart and soul into this place. Live music, the most delish food & drinks, relaxing atmosphere and just always a great time. Looks even more amazing than ever with the outside renovations. Love the open road family. You won’t regret stopping in here
